Mayor will cut the ribbon at St Mary's Care Centre

THE Mayor of Warrington, Clr Hans Mundry, will officially open a new care centre in Burtonwood on September 20.

St Mary's Care Centre is a 63-bed purpose built centre on Penny Lane, which caters for the physical and mental health needs of the young and elderly.

A spokesman said: "The centre offers the services of a physiotherapist, speech therapist, occupational health therapist and both the input of a consultant psychiatrist and rehabilitation consultant to cater for the needs of the clients."
