MP's question of balance

WEAVER Vale MP Mike Hall is to visit schools in his constituency to talk to parents about their rights at work and financial help available to them.

He is backing a campaign with retail trade union USDAW to aid adults to achieve a stable work-life balance, and will be canvassing views on how the Government can help.

He said: "Thousands of working parents breathe a sigh of relief when the summer holidays are over, but many also tell me that they struggle with their work-life balance during term time"

"They then find it hard to see enough of their children, especially if they have to work evenings or weekends."

If you are experiencing similar difficulties Mike would like to hear from you.

Write to him at 75 Marina Village, Preston Brook, Runcorn WA7 3BH or email hallm@parliament.uk.
