Children are game for a trip down memory lane

CHILDREN at Westy Sure Start Children's Centre have been learning about the school games of old in a multi-activity playground day.

Parents dreaming of a return to hopscotch, marbles and conkers will have been pleased to see the group of four to six-year-olds playing classic games like skittles and 'What's the time Mr Wolf?'

The Reynolds Street centre runs weekly toy library and play day sessions, every Monday from 9.30am to 11.30am, with toys to play with and loan.
