Officers help bomb probe

WARRINGTON police are doing their bit in the country's fight against terrorism.

Following the bombings of London's transport system last month, 12 officers and detectives from the Cheshire Constabulary have been deployed to the capital to help with investigations.

Helen King, commander of Warrington Police, said: "The team are helping with ongoing enquires in London, seeking to bring terrorists to justice."
