Hall crushed

A BELOW par Radbroke Hall were brushed aside by a resurgent Kingsley side in the first division of the Cheshire Cricket Alliance on Saturday.

Put into bat after a delayed start, the Radbroke batsman all struggled in difficult conditions and made only 18 from 15 overs when another shower forced an early tea.

Kingsley's players did an effective mopping up job on the outfield before Adrian Burden did the same to the Radbroke tail to claim 7-30, leaving them with only 68-9 from their 27 overs.

The victory was never in doubt for a Kingsley side brimming with confidence after a string of wins and only one wicket was lost as the total was run down by the burly duo of John Elliott (24 no) and Neil Rowlands (22 no).
