Making room for new jobs?

NEW jobs could be created after the completion of 11 new industrial units at Manor Park's flagship development in Runcorn.

Sycamore Court provides an extra 45,740 of space, including fully fitted offices.

Mike Grindrod, development director of Delma Developments, said: "Sycamore Court has been developed following increased demand for high quality, industrial space at Manor Park.

"The scheme offers potential tenants the opportunity to acquire quality workspace on flexible lease terms in an established business location."
