Hooded pervert attacks woman, 25

A LONE woman was pushed to the ground and indecently assaulted in a frightening late night attack.

The 25-year-old was walking along the busway in Brookvale towards the Spar shop in Palacefields when she was attacked.

Police say the victim had walked past an unknown man when she felt a push in her back causing her to fall to the ground.

She was then indecently assaulted while on the floor and left 'extremely shaken' and with minor injuries.

Detectives hunting the man - who ran off down the busway - say he is white, around 25-years-old, 5ft 6-7ins, of skinny build and was wearing a dark tracksuit with the hood up, white trainers, and spoke with a Runcorn accent.

The incident happened at around 1.30am in the early hours of Thursday, August 11.
