Consumers are not tied into a long-term contract as the cover can be cancelled at any time and Help the Aged household appliance insurance will also protect against rogue tradesmen, as only an approved engineer will carry out repairs.

In the event of a breakdown, the insurance policy will pay out for the full cost of the repair and if it can't be fixed economically, will replace or make a financial contribution towards its replacement.
