POLICE are hunting this man in connection with a robbery where a shopper was kicked to the ground and his wallet stolen.
The incident happened in an alley between Regent Street and the Kwik Save supermarket in Runcorn Old Town at around 11am on Friday, July 1.
The male victim's attacker (pictured) is white, 5ft 10ins tall, aged 28-32 and of a slim build.
He had shaved, strawberry blonde hair and red spots under his right eye, and he was wearing a white top, dark tracksuit bottoms and red trainers.
The second man - seen walking towards Kwik Save car park just before the attack - was the same age and height but of stockier build, and he had darker shaved hair and a scar on the back of his head.
He was wearing a rope necklace and a red Liverpool FC pendant, and he had a tracksuit top slung over his shoulder.
Both men are believed to have been sitting on a bench before the attack on the 35-year-old victim, who was kicked to the ground after being asked for a light.
Anyone with information should contact Det Con Alison White of Runcorn CID on 01244-613 950 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555 111.
