Council agrees to disabled parking

A DISABLED parking space will be created in Alexandra Street despite objections from four residents. Warrington Borough Council's traffic committee agreed to the space on Friday. Council officer Bob Rivers said: "It's an area with parking difficulties but we should be looking to help a disabled person park near their home."
