BARCHESTER United are now six points clear at the top of the Leisure Leagues table following their victory over Random Allstars.
Zak Walmsley and co made it very hard for United to put together a win but United proved their class late on with a superbly worked goal handing them the 4-3 win.
Courts FC fell even further behind United on Sunday.
They played bottom of the league Fellaman in a game that looked certain to bring them two points.
However, completely the opposite happened with Fellaman running Courts all over the pitch and perhaps proving that the pressure is beginning to take its toll on the second place side. The score was a remarkable 6-2 to Fellaman at the whistle.
There was no such luck for Hatton however as they lost 3-1 to Norfolk whilst the final game of the week saw some wonderful passing ability by Zante's man of the match John McEvoy.
He set up four of Zante's five goals that helped them on to a 5-2 win over Old Un Villa that sees them move to third place.
In division one, The Boys were in extraordinary form this week.
The top of the table side were always the better side during their game with Real Daresbury and this was shown by some sublime attacking moves that literally cut Daresbury in two.
They notched up five in the end in a win that sees them move four points clear at the top.
The team four points behind Boys is Looprevil.
They needed a win against Mean Machine in order to keep pressure up on Boys at the top. However, Machine have got a reputation of having a 'never give up' attitude to all of their games.
This attitude was evident during a match that looked won for Looprevil who were 4-2 up with only minutes to play.
However, a dramatic comeback by Machine resulted in the game finishing as a 4-4 draw.
Steve Pitt was on form for Bugle FC as they eased past Real Allstars 9-1 whilst the final game of the season saw Allstars and Bridge Boys play out an entertaining 4-4 draw.
