ASSISTANT deputy coroner Robert Hunter has imposed a rarely-used order to restrict the reporting of an inquest into the death of a Rode Heath woman.
The inquest into the death of Halina Rigby, 42, of Beech Avenue, Rode Heath, was adjourned on Friday pending further inquiries.
Dr Hunter is assistant deputy coroner for Cheshire, and he placed a Section 11 order on the reporting of the inquest which prevents the publication of any of the evidence.
The Cheshire coroner's office said it was only the second time that a Section 11 order had been placed on an inquest in Cheshire in the last 12 months.
The order is used to allow a name or other matter to be withheld from the public, and to prohibit the publication of that name or matter as appears to be necessary to the court.
Mrs Rigby died on Sunday, July 11 last year.
