WOLFIE and his friends the Warrington Wolves are the latest big names to join a campaign to help prevent the number of runaways in the town.

The Wolves have agreed to back ARC's Talk..Don't Walk record attempt which provides support, advice and information to young people who are thinking about running away from home.

Neil Kelly, rugby league development officer said: "Warrington Wolves in conjunction with Warrington Borough Council is pleased to be able to offer our support to Talk..Don't walk and their record attempt. The club already has strong links with primary and secondary schools in the borough and it is important that children and young people back this campaign and participate in the record attempt

"Everyone needs to know about the dangers children and young people put themselves in when they run away and to become more aware of their issues."
