That's the message from Runcorn police as they invite problem offenders to sign acceptable behaviour contracts.
The contracts let people agree to curb their anti-social behaviour.
And if they break them, the police can ask the courts to impose a far more restrictive and punishing ASBO.
"We want people to abide by these contracts for their sake and for the good of the community," said Runcorn CATS officer PC Steven Whittaker.
"It's a last chance for people to show they can learn and stop their behaviour.
"And if they break the contract we can use it as evidence in getting an ASBO."
