HEADING FOR THE SLOPES

Pupils from Greenbank Residential School are pictured getting ready for a skiing holiday.

The group of 12 pupils were planning to spend nine days on the slopes in Courmayeur, Italy.

Rob Woolley, senior child care associate, said: "Basically, we wanted to give these pupils with learning difficulties the same opportunities that we had." c050622
