Chance to get into character

THE CHARACTERS for this year's Knutsford Royal May Day Festival will be chosen on Saturday March 19 between 1.30pm and 4.30pm at Knutsford Methodist Church Hall.

Children will be given roles as they arrive.

The dancers will be chosen on Friday between 5pm and 7pm at the church hall.

Those selected will then be required to practise every Friday night and Saturday afternoon between February 5 and April 30.

The boys' court will be chosen on Tuesday next week at the church hall between 6pm and 7pm. Their practice sessions will begin on Tuesday March 8 at 6pm.
