Bobby needs a loving home

IT was a lonely Christmas for seven-year-old Bobby, a short haired border cross, whose family checked him into boarding kennels and never returned to collect him.

Bobby is looking for a new home after being abandoned by owners who have repeatedly refused to collect him.

He was booked into the Dog's Pad Boarding Kennel in Grappenhall for a fortnight but, 10 months on, he's still at the kennels despite repeated phone calls and correspondence with his owners.

Kennel staff are now looking for a good home for this gentle, family dog.
