Folk favourite Vin returns

FOLK singer songwriter Vin Garbutt makes his annual visit to Biddulph Folk Club next Thursday, January 27.

"Vin is considered by many to be the most entertaining artist on the scene," said club organiser Eric Cox.

"He combines his native North-East wit with some excellent socially-aware songs."

Vin, pictured right, has been performing since 1969, touring all over the world and playing in almost every part of the UK.

"His songs are vibrant, and he is genuinely funny," added Mr Cox.

Vin appears at the Biddulph Arms, Congleton Road, Biddulph, at 8pm.
