Charity shop is desperate for help

VOLUNTEERS are being sought to work in Cancer Research UK's shop on High Street, Nantwich.

The shop urgently requires kind-hearted residents who would be willing to give up a couple of hours each week.

Pat Barham, who works at the shop, said: "We are absolutely desperate for staff who could help us, no matter how small the amount of time they would be able to give."

The shop has also launched an appeal for more items, and is inviting people to donate their unwanted Christmas presents to a worthy cause.

Anyone who is interested in volunteering to help at the shop can call Pat Barham on 01270 625867.
