Charity cash presentation
A WINSFORD fundraiser who organised a sportsmen's dinner with football legends has handed over the proceeds of the event to charity.
Harry Mooney, of Knights Meadows, raised £1,000 from the dinner at the Civic Hall last year and even donated £300 of his own money.
Half of the proceeds were given to the Alzheimer's Society with the rest going to Cancer Research.
Harry said: "It is great that we have finally handed the money over and I hope a lot of good will be done with it."
