DRIVERS in Middlewich who want to avoid accidents are being given the chance to attend a driving course run by Cheshire County Council's road safety unit.
The course is available to all age ranges of drivers, from those who have just passed their test through to motorists who have been driving since before the test was introduced.
It looks at defensive driving techniques, including anticipation, concentration and hazard observation.
Other aspects include motorway driving, all weather driving, road signs, overtaking and accident procedure.
Liberal Democrat environment spokesmen Clr Molly Hale said: "These courses are great in helping to ensure better safety on Cheshire's roads."
The course runs at Sir John Deane's College on Thursday, March 10 and Thursday, March 17 between 7pm and 9pm. The cost of each session is £5.
