A foregone conclusion

THE truth has come out at last, the Crewe & Nantwich Council had no intention of letting the people of Crewe decide about moving the War Memorial.

They are in charge at the present time, perhaps after the next local election things may be different.

In any case can Cllr Kent tell us where the £750,000 money is coming from to top up the £3m it is going to cost for this development? I suppose the Council Tax will pay, what a waste of public money.
