Alex dispose of Plymouth

CREWE cruised to a 3-0 victory over Plymouth at the weekend.

Kenny Lunt opened the scoring with a clever free-kick into the bottom corner after 41 minutes and Dean Ashton added a second 12 minutes after the interval.

Ashton turned home his 18th goal of the season from close range after Steve Jones tangled with Mathias Doumbe.

Plymouth struggled to make a impact and Crewe sealed the win after 79 minutes when Doumbe knocked Kenny Lunt's pass into his own net as Ashton pressurised.
