Transfiguration fair date

THE Church of the Transfiguration Birchwood holds its Christmas fair this Saturday, November 27.

Between noon and 3.30pm, there will be stalls including, tombola, craft, Mothers Union, white elephant, and books.

The Marenne dancers will be performing at 1.30pm and live piano recitals will take place during the afternoon.

Lunch of hotdogs and pies will be on sale from noon.

The church is on Admirals Road, Oakwood opposite the Nelson Quarterdeck pub.
