Welcome for community officers

VALE Royal Police's community crime fighters have welcomed the findings of a residents' survey which proves people feel safer when there's a safety officer in their area.

The Community Safety Survey Report 2004 reveals that 77 per cent of people would feel safer with some type of warden in their area.
