The future's bright

FOR the first time in more than a decade Moulton residents will enjoy a colourful spectacle in the village after plans to erect a Christmas tree on the village green won the go-ahead.

Mark Green, chairman of Moulton Parish Council, has confirmed that after much discussion the parish council have ordered a Christmas tree, which is due to arrive in the next few weeks.

It hopes that lights will be shining on it from Sunday, December 5.

David said: "Moulton is a very close knit community and this will be a great opportunity to show it in a very public way as well as brightening up the village."
