CONFIRMATION of the closure of Kwik Save in Latchford village has just been announced.

I would just like to know who were the councillors who thought that Latchford was in such dire need of a bar/restaurant, that it was worth tearing the shopping heart out of the village?

I would like to a chance to talk to these crackpots.
