See the future of village

HARTFORD residents will soon be able to see what lies in store for their village when the long-awaited parish plan is launched later this month.

Following the official launch on Friday, November 19, the plan will be delivered to all households in the village, and the village design statement will be available soon for people interested in the environmental and architectural aspects it covers.

Members of the community have been consulted about what issues concern as part of a year of preparation for the plan's introduction.

Sue Wakeford, clerk of Hartford Parish Council, said: "It has been a huge undertaking and the people involved have worked really hard."
