A BRAVE Middlewich man has described how he and a friend rescued a woman from the wreckage of her car seconds before it exploded.

Darrell Westray arrived at Davenham roundabout with his friend Andy Thompson just minutes after Lorraine Mountford-Porter, 35, lost control of her car over spilt diesel and crashed into a lorry on Friday, October 22.
