Beating doorstep crime

CHESHIRE Police have created the new post of trading standards liaison officer to help deal with doorstep crime and the handling of stolen goods.

Det Con Paul Unwin began his new role earlier this month.

The initiative aims to reduce the number of doorstep crime offences.
