Free Willie mini season ticket offer

RUGBY league fans are being given the chance to see Widnes Vikings' new Aussie scrum half Willie Peters make his debut against Wigan on July 3 for free.

The Vikings have launched a free Willie mini season ticket, which will allow those who buy one to see Widnes Vikings last seven home games for just £84 for adults - a saving of £14 on standard gate prices.

Concession tickets are also available at £48.

The ticket is on sale for one week only.

All purchasers will gain entry to games against Wigan (twice), Salford, Wakefield, London, Huddersfield and Castleford.

"Willie Peters is an important signing at an important stage of the season for us," said a club spokesman.

"We know that a lot of people cannot afford a full season ticket but the next three months look like being really exciting and with Willie on board we're hoping to see the side move up the super league table.

"The free Willie ticket effectively give purchasers entry to one of the games for nothing and we'd like to think fans would see that as an ideal chance to see our new signing on his debut."

Tickets are now available in the Vikings club shop.
