MOORFIELD returned to winning ways with this impressive performance.

Man of the match Jack Salter ran in four of the five Moorfield tries.

His first came early in the game when a well executed move allowed him space to outpace the defence.

He added a second before the break to give Moorfield an 8-4 half time lead, the visitors scoring right on half time.

This was to be Thatto's only score as superb defending in the second half kept the visitors out, well led by top tackler Ryan Dyas.

Moorfield added three further tries through Jack Salter (2) and opposition man of the match Karl Glover, the pick of the tries scored by Salter who was unstoppable as he raced onto a superb pass from Kieran Maher.

This was a great team performance especially in defence with Ryan Condron, Daniel Langford, Ben Salter, Matthew Barrow, Kieran Fenlon and Connor Fitzpatrick all playing their part.
