A TV antiques expert will add some celebrity style to a roadshow at a Winsford church next month.
BBC presenter Adam Partridge will open the doors at the United Reformed Church Over, in Swanlow Lane, on Saturday, July 3.
Adam - who has appeared on programmes such as Flog It, Bargain Hunt and Cash in the Attic - will be on hand to offer expert advice and valuations to visitors.
Organisers of the event hope that hundreds of residents will take the chance to get objects hidden away in attics valued.
Adam said: "We are inviting people to raid their attics and bring along their family heirlooms, household treasures and car boot bargains for inspection by the experts.
"Many people think that collectables have to be old to be valuable but this isn't always the case."
Entrance to the event, which will be held in the church hall from 10am to 4pm, is £2 and valuations are £1.
Items such as postcards, stamps, autographs, paintings, prints, furniture, clocks, watches, jewellery, china, books, metal ware, ceramics and instruments can all be valued.
Organiser Lesley Clarke, of Chester Road in Winsford, said: "We are hoping that hundreds of people will come along with all sorts of items for valuation.
"People with large pieces of furniture or other items can bring photographs of their objects.
"Or you can bring your treasure along on the day, you might be in for a valuation surprise.
"Experts from Frank Marshall Auctioneers and Valuers of Knutsford will also be there to offer advice and guidance to visitors.
"All the money raised from the event will go towards the upkeep of the church."
