RYLANDS put in another superb team performance.

Their try scorers were player of the match Luke Boyd, three, Theo Holt, three, Brad Stanway, two, Callum Leonard and coach's award winner Matthew Horne.

Ryan Bottell was Rylands' top tackler.

Crosfields u8 32

Saddleworth u8 20

CROSFIELDS' organised and committed defence saw them home against an enthusiastic Saddleworth outfit.

The try scorers for Crosfields were player of the match Luke Cunningham, three, Phil Johnson, two, Chris Jones, Joel Albiston and Mike Ryder.

Their top tackler was Ryan Smith and other good performances came from Alex Newton and Carwyn Pritchard.

Latchford Albion u9 32

TOO many missed tackles proved to be Latchford's downfall against Wigan St Cuthberts.

Jack Slydell led from the front in attack and defence to win Latchford's player of the match award.

Liam Sullivan and Michael Wharton were also outstanding, winning Latchford's defence and attack awards respectively, while Matthew Wilkinson provided plenty of go-forward.

THIS 'derby' game was played in great spirit and with great determination by both sides.

The try scorers for Latchford, who were unable to clinch the spoils despite a spirited effort, were Billy Martin, Jonathan Rigby and Andre Savelio.

Ryan Farnan was in great form for Latchford and Sam Coyle made some impressive tackles.

Liam Hanley picked up Grappenhall's coach's award and their try scorers were Jorden Sherlock, two, Luke Wood, two and player of the match Andrew Gilbert, two.

GRAPPENHALL treated their spectators to a fine display of open Rugby League.

Crosfields defended well but the Giants were too strong and their support play and handling were excellent.

The try scorers for Grappenhall were Jorden Sherlock, four, Luke Wood, two, Andrew Gilbert, two and Phil Johnson.

Their player of the match was Stephen Pilkington and Jack Swindles picked up their coach's special effort award.

Crosfields' points came via a Grant Clarke try and a Mark Richardson goal.

Their player of the match was Matthew Hutchings and their coach's award went to Jack Brown.

LATCHFORD played adventurous open rugby but they failed to keep Rochdale Mayfield out in defence.

The try scorers for Latchford, who were missing several players, were Ryan Farnan, Sam Coyle and Gavin Bennion, three.

Woolston Rovers u10 32

Folly Lane u10 14

A STRONG team effort ensured that Woolston maintained their unbeaten record against a spirited Folly Lane side.

Woolston's try scorers were Declan Patton, Tom Jones, three, Jack Green and Alex Ryder.

Goals were added by James Rowland, Alex, Declan and Sean Boyle.
