Church Ritz tea success

FUNDS were bolstered for an Orford Church last week when parishioners and their pals spent an afternoon putting on the Ritz and taking tea together.

Orford Church Hall was specially decorated for the event and more than 100 people turned up to enjoy afternoon tea in style and raise money for St Margaret's Church on Orford Green.

The event was the second Ritz tea to be organised by the Fun and Friends Group from the church.

Musical entertainment was provided by the Churnet Valley Male Voice Choir from Staffordshire.
