Humps over bumps

WELL here we are again in February and the road works start again, mainly speed humps.

It has already cost me £100 to have a pair of rear suspension bushes renewed going over the speed humps in Runcorn and now Widnes is getting the same treatment.

In a couple of years when people start having back problems caused through these things, what will the council do then?

I have been over some speed humps that do slow you down but do not give you whiplash even at 15 miles per hour, i.e. Masseyfield Road, Norton Cross, Halton Village and Ditchfield Road. Why these are so big is a joke.

The times I have spoken to people who have damaged their vehicle on these humps and I have told them to claim off the council. If everyone claimed maybe the council would see sense.
