Worry about illegals

MAYBE the residents of Malpas Road should be more worried about the amount of illegal unqualified drivers that drive around Runcorn rather than nitpicking over professional driving instructors who don't only use Malpas Road to teach people to learn to drive, but cover more than 800 miles a week in various other areas.

What would happen if an illegal uninsured driver were to collide with his car? Who would he blame then? It's yet another case of the Runcorn 'not in my backyard' syndrome.
