Murder hearing

A GOLBORNE man accused of murdering his brother appeared at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday, February 23, for the first time.

Timothy Ashcroft, aged 38, of High Street, is alleged to have murdered Andrew Ashcroft during an incident in High Street on February 10. Aschroft, who appeared via video link equipment, was remanded in custody until May 10 when he is expected to enter his plea.
