Angling club nets grants
DALLAM and District Angling Club has been given a cash boost, to help it pay for equipment to help train the club's younger members.
The club has received £1,520 from the Department for Education and Skills' community champions fund.
In addition, the lottery grants programme, Awards For All, has given £2,500 to pay for new office equipment at the Community House.
Warrington Borough Council has also contributed £300 so that the community centre can buy a new freezer.
