ROYTON went into this match not having won a game this year but soon put their mark on the game.

One try and a goal in each half from Moorfield were matched with five tries and five goals in each half from the Tigers.

A failure to back up and move the ball out wide left the Moorfield wingers with very little to do.

There were good individual performances from James Parle and Wesley Gleave with the scores coming from Adam Condron and Johan Curzon.

As ever Jack Williams stood firm in defence with another massive tackle count.

Awards were man of the match Wesley Gleave, top tackler Jack Williams and coach's award Daniel Ineson.
