A bit puzzling...

I FIND Mr Allen's letter somewhat puzzling in his criticism of me.

Is this the same Mr Allen who on the very issue he refers to, wrote to me saying: 'I would like to thank you for the help you have given myself and the residents of Halebank'?

Is it also the same Mr Allen who came to my surgery in July 2003 and said he had come to thank me for my help in persuading Halton Council to put resources into Halebank to improve facilities for young people?
