Mum praises car smash Samaritans

THE relieved mum of a young woman involved in a traffic accident said she would love the opportunity to personally thank the two Good Samaritans who helped her daughter after the smash.

Emma Walker's Ford Fiesta ended up on its roof after being in collision with another car outside Sutton High School on January 8.

Mum, Margaret, from Clock Face said that straight after the accident, a window cleaner (whose name they don't know) hurried to pull Emma from the wreckage.

A woman, named Sue, who owned a silver sports car, sat Emma in her car as they waited for the ambulance to arrive.

"Emma even phoned me on Sue's mobile," said Margaret.

She was treated for whiplash, a slight head injury and bruises.

"Emma is very lucky," said her mum. "It could have been far worse."
