Walk your way to health

WALK your way to health is the message from Halton Borough Council's sports development team.

Willing walkers can ease into the new scheme with a short walk around Victoria Park on Saturday, January 31.

People who do a little bit of exercise everyday are less likely to suffer from mental and physical health problems.
