Gymnasts stage super show

THE Merseyside Rythmic Gymnastics Club staged a spectacular show at the Deaf Center in St Helens with the proceeds going to The Nugent Care Society.

An audience of more than 180 were treated to singers, musicians and dancers from St Helens and Widnes, as well as gymnast displays.

The club were joined by St Thereasa's school choir for a unique performance of gymnastics set to song. More than £1,000 was raised on the night.

The gymnastic club hold their recreation class on Friday evenings from 6pm to 7.30pm at Sutton Community Leisure Centre. Newcomers are always welcome to attend.
