THE Bears got off to a great start, taking the lead after just five minutes with a try after great teamwork between Arron Pointon and Liam Morgan.

The outcome of the game was in the balance right until the death when Folly Lane scored two unanswered tries late on.

Chris Morris, Michael Williams and Joe Miller all had their usual solid games but the RJM man of the match award winner was Will Donlan.

Runcorn Vehicle Dismantlers top tackler award went to Jimmy O'Donnell and Gerrard Associates coach's award went to Aaron Rogers.
