HORNETS opened the scoring with the first move of the game and dominated the rest of the match against the inexperienced home side.

Long range tries from Jordan Pennington (2), Adam Lawton (2) and Chris Brown set up a comfortable half time score.

Dominic Smith crashed over twice near to the line to ensure the pressure was kept on with further tries from Daniel Heymans and Mike Bailey followed by a touch of class from Daniel Clegg.

Right at the end a swift move by Jordan Pennington enabled Daniel Price to round off the scoring. Training is on Saturday morning at 10am at Birchfield for any new players wishing to attend.
