How can I contact this spirit?

I've recently moved to this area and I have been told that my house might be haunted.

Do you know how I can find out if this is true and if so, how I can contact it?

Dear Neil,

You can sit in a dark room - the darker the better - and wait till you see an orb fly through the room. Or you can ask the spirit to give you a sign. I do this quite often in the bath as spirits love water and you seem to be more relaxed in the bath than any other room in the house.

I was also told that my house had spirits in it, which helped with the price, but I never realised till my dad died and it felt differently.
