FAMILY SHOWS ITS APPETITE FOR FAME

A FAME-hungry family from Crewe didn't need much egging-on to appear on breakfast television all this week.

The Turner family are the toast of Wistaston after starring as the Family of the Week on Channel Four's The Big Breakfast programme.

Erainne and Colin Turner, with children Adam and Kelly, have enjoyed a busy week of activities set up by the show, which is hosted by star presenters Johnny Vaughan and Kelly Brook.

To commemorate St. George's Day, the family embarked on a series of adventures to celebrate all things English, including a trip to Blackpool, a game of croquet in Essex, a five-mile hike followed by a traditional English pub meal and a cruise to the Thames Barrier.

The show has also paid for their accomodation in the South Quay area of London and given them £250 spending money for the week.
