Business site still growing

A BUSINESS and industrial estate in Middlewich is to be expanded by a further 150 acres.

The new land, acquired by Middlewich builder's Pochin, brings the total area of the site to more than 350 acres, making it one of the largest in the north west.

Their move comes as Lechler Coatings UK, which provides paint products for automotive refinishing and industrial coatings, becomes the latest top flight company to move to the estate, leasing a 2630 metre squared manufacturing and warehousing unit to be constructed by Pochin.
