ON two occasions I have read in the Northwich Guardian about a boy who has been stopped by the polic

I have three sons and one daughter, all in their early or late 20s. One son in particular, the youngest, has been pulled up far more than 20 times. Frustrating as it might be sometimes, we have never complained.

I think the police do a good job and they should carry on doing it until the youngsters come to the age of responsibility.

In fact, I do not think they are hard enough on these young people.

Random checks are a very, very good thing. I daresay they have saved many young lives.
